Staying focused on what we said we will do. We can't change direction every time a customer calls a higher up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure and rsu package
RSU and espp and bonus pays well
RSUs and ESPP have been very good.

Pay is low, compared to other companies.

Nice people, want to help when they have time.

Just let us focus on fewer things.

Open and honest discussions with everyone I talked to.
Having the opportunity to meet with people from various groups across the company, not just the group I'd be working in. Provided good insight.
