My first 10 months working here it was a very comfortable work environment because I actually enjoyed coming to work. Once, our gm was transferred for a new gm our work environment energy became negative involving favoritism & all my peers would agree. I feel under appreciated more then ever now.

It was a very straight forward interview & got to know what everything was about.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my peers & the managers that treat me equal. Helping every customer get the item they are looking for because I picture myself in their position looking for help & wanting best service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get treated poorly. Everything changed since our new general manager. A bunch of favoritism with specific associates, which is not fair to me & most of my other coworkers. I was told I was one of best workers, but I don’t even feel appreciated for what I d
