Chaotic with a toxic leadership

Overall, it's been a journey at Moderna. There is not too much work life balance and there is a lot micromanaging. Do not believe that there is truly a focus for the company. The company grew so quickly, but was not very prudent with the flush of money.

Toxic culture propagated by executive leadership. Lack of clear strategy and objectives. People laid off under the guise of performance management. Retailiation is order of the day.

All talented and experienced people but talent is wasted by poor leadership

The moderna mindsets sound amazing. Unfortunately, most of them are not lived out very well. The amount of viscosity and micromanagement is incredible. The CEO does not even trust his own executive team to make decisions without his approval.

Everyone is working towards advancing the platform.

People in this organization collaborate extensively to meet project deadlines. No room for egos .

Flexibility at work and travel to cambridge

The culture won’t improve unless the executive team changes, especially the self-proclaimed “OGs” who drive fear and blame. Real change requires accountable, transparent leaders who build trust instead of protecting themselves at employees’

Management must be more supportive.
