Mr. Thomas F. Marry, also known as Tom, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Modine Manufacturing Company since January 2012. Mr. Marry served as the Executive Vice President Europe Asia and Commercial Products Group at Modine Manufacturing Company since May 18, 2011. He served as the Vice President of Asia & Commercial Products Group for Modine Manufacturing Co. He served as the Regional Vice President of Asia of Modine Manufacturing Co. since November 1, 2007. He served as Modine Manufacturing Co.'s Marketing Manager from 1998 to 1999 after previous assignments with General Motors, Robert Bosch and Milwaukee Electric Tool. Mr. Marry served as the Managing Director of Powertrain Cooling Products from November 2006 to October 2007. He progressed through a series of increasingly responsible positions within Modine Manufacturing Co including Manager of Sales, Marketing and Product Development from 1999 to 2001; Director of Engine Products from March 2001 to January 2004; and General Manager for Truck Division from January 2004 to October 2006. Mr. Marry has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
