Mr. Burke served as a Director of Composite Solutions Inc. from June 1999 to October 21, 1999. Mr. Burke received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in 1979 from Purdue University and has completed the Executive Business Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg Management Institute.
