- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They don't care about their employees and do nothing but take advantage of them and keep them at poverty level. All hourly employees can't afford a better life than working pay check to pay check with great promises but no upward movement in pay. All incentives and pay increases stop at the offices.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop treating employees like robots and pushing for rates that are unrealistic as this is causing bad product to go out the door along with good employees
