In the Aerospace world things are hectic with constant changes and massive orders to fill with the expected quality but here we do just that
Stop belittling the workers on the floor and stop promoting their friends and family members and promote the best candidate
They don't care about their employees and do nothing but take advantage of them and keep them at poverty level. All hourly employees can't afford a better life than working pay check to pay check with great promises but no upward movement in pay. All incentives and pay increases stop at the offices.
There doesn't seem to be any leadership from the highest levels
I've been a part of the Moeller team for six years now and the wage increase is more than fair, the benefits as well.
Absolutely no communication. No advancement, no opportunities. Moeller wins while it's employees lose, suffer, and no reward. They constantly want and expect more out of you but refuse to increase pay at all. We just want a comfortable living wage, not lied to, or taken advantage of, treated fairly.

It alters depending on if it's an operator, office employee or maintenance technician.
Stop treating employees like robots and pushing for rates that are unrealistic as this is causing bad product to go out the door along with good employees
Hourly employees need to be taken care of and thought about a lot better. Company does not run on the offices. We do the work, make the parts, and get looked over and talked about as if we are nothing but a joke to them. Honesty is not a virtue, and we already know we have nothing coming from them.
drain the swamp, need executive management with proven track record, years of service does not equal ability to lead or manage

Management doesn't care about, take care of, or look out for hourly workers, only salaried. If you are not management you are nothing to them.
The investment group that purchased this company needs to invest in new management.
