I love the benefits they provide. I think it is fair
A little bit more understanding and way more respect
I have worked here for 7 months opening the whole store alone with no breaks and sometimes working 10 hour days, with no raise, no bonus, no signal of getting help, being told by my DM to come in while sick, ect.. it's been out of control since I've started
Yeah I feel unvalued because I get pushed aside by people who are not even qualify for the positions that they hold
I was told i was on manager pay and doing duties a manager would but i was still getting paid less
No matter how hard you worked, you were never doing enough!
Its not a fair job some people that are leaders take advanage. A do the things were not supposed to do and get paid better , ive been here a year and so and get paid less then new un expierienced crew members my hours been cut. And had no explenation but saying theres not enough but they hired new
I got injured and have been there over 4 years but im getting no help
More pay, more benefits and showing worth with good communication and praise.
Because i am. I dont get paid enough for ehat i do and i dont get any benefits. Its the most ridiculous job ive ever had.
Review from Sales Dept
When I first worked at moes we had monthly meetings where people's voices ment something. Now it seems like everyone does what they want how they want and management seems to be OK with whatever.
No benfits for students now
9.50 an hour is not okay when you basically run the store that's super understaffed
You can't compensate for being yelled at and disrespected constantly
I was spoken to about benefits, though never recieved any indication of moving forward with them.
Because im always being management cleanjng up while they deal with personal issues.
Because managers can follow hippa
Not more than 10.hr would be nice
Yes, they treat anyone who tries to do their job right horribly. If you call out almost daily, are rude towards customers, and don't help out ever you're treated better. I just want to be able to work without having to put up with the issues mentioned before.
I was brushed aside, never trained properly, and never payed
Yea I feel undervalued due to poor general management skills pushing a three to five person job onto one individual
