Moe's Southwest Grill Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We can all work together

Cool people but cant focus

Everyone is friendly and gets along

They are friendly and open

When they help us on the line

I love my manager but they dont do much

Always willing to give someone a 2nd chance.

Just good people trying to work

I like working with everyone there except for Kendall Ward she does nothing but start contraversy with the other employees and she uses her assistant manager position to do so, including stealing the tips from the rest of the crew when she doesn't get tips cause of her position

We work together for a common goal

We all work as one and not separate

We all work together as one

they care about me and always talk to me when they come in the store

Shift leaders and management are always respectful and very friendly. A reliable employer - worked for 6 years here

Everyone is always friendly to each other and always listens to one another

Review from Sales Dept

They can be friendly and easy to get along with.... for some

Review from Sales Dept

Very organized and we always get work done

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding and communication as well as respect

Hiring/keeping employees, compensating overworked crew members, discipline actions towards supervisors, purchasing of new or better equipment, discipline or training on cleanliness, discipline with unapropriate atire being worn to work, filling medical supplies in our cabinet, empathy for workers

Fire managers, we need people to treat their employees well

Everything and all things most important they all have an attitude problem

Always watching employee hours, they cut you're hours to save on cost. They didn't care how it effected you're wallet.

Stop making people feel unwelcome

Listening to employees' concerns. Managing money. Scheduling. Respecting the staff.

Review from Sales Dept

be better at communicating with each other

Everything, there is no communication and no one follows the law

Review from Sales Dept

Listening to their people, professionalism in the workplace

Talking to people and stop lying to the staff about pay raises when we still get paid 10 dollars

Cleanliness of the store, respecting employees

They nedd to be able to work with different types of people

Respect with customers and employees

Weeding out the structural miscommunication taking place within the store.

Be on time and fire manager

calling off, saying the right things to the teens who work there, the general manager needs to be working more than the teens

Dealing with instead of averting employee complaints. And not make false promises to employees about financial compensation

Doing there job The proper way

Everything in every single aspect
