What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no positives at that place
The customers would make me feel better they woild be nicer them some employees

First job I had that wasnt a bunch of people dating on and off and getting into lovers spats at work

Honestly the assesstant manager. She has kept raising emplyoee moral and going above and beyond to make things work and not make people quit because of their issues with the general and area manager respectfully.
Nobody comes in with attitude everybody is ready to work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The general manager needs to be replaced
Literally everything. Y'all need to set it on fire and start over
Hold your employees accountable to harrassment.
Everything. This place is miserable. I already quit
A new assistant manager and everything would be great again for everyone there
Clear indication of pay rates, including distribution of tips and whether or notnwe will recieve them.
Boss needs to go. If we had someone to properly in force rules without disrespect, things would be much better here. (Salem, VA Moe's)
