Understanding and communication as well as respect
Hiring/keeping employees, compensating overworked crew members, discipline actions towards supervisors, purchasing of new or better equipment, discipline or training on cleanliness, discipline with unapropriate atire being worn to work, filling medical supplies in our cabinet, empathy for workers
Fire managers, we need people to treat their employees well
Everything and all things most important they all have an attitude problem
Always watching employee hours, they cut you're hours to save on cost. They didn't care how it effected you're wallet.
A little bit more understanding and way more respect
I have worked here for 7 months opening the whole store alone with no breaks and sometimes working 10 hour days, with no raise, no bonus, no signal of getting help, being told by my DM to come in while sick, ect.. it's been out of control since I've started
Yeah I feel unvalued because I get pushed aside by people who are not even qualify for the positions that they hold
I was told i was on manager pay and doing duties a manager would but i was still getting paid less
No matter how hard you worked, you were never doing enough!
My coworkers are overstressed and overworked as well, they do the best they can
Leadership, taking initiative without being told., the list goes on
Did they need to know how to be actual managers without being put in manager positions without being qualified
If we had a better general manager
They need to work and be trained
The general manager needs to be replaced
Literally everything. Y'all need to set it on fire and start over
Hold your employees accountable to harrassment.
Everything. This place is miserable. I already quit
A new assistant manager and everything would be great again for everyone there
if anything interviewing more people and hiring people without records
Absolutely to long winded and not really being paid attention to. The man doing the interview was all over the place. His attention was everywhere else than with me.
Second interviews, more time to consider the person and the position we would be filling.
Put more care in who your interviewing
Everything all employees and especially the general manager
manager does not respect anyone
Store is nasty, the people are nasty. It's bad all around
The poor management. Managers sitting in the office playing on their phones
They get mad when you mess up and it’s awful
