My comp is fair balancing cash and equity. I feel valued and motivated and appropriately rewarded for my contributions.

Deeply experienced, very smart, highly driven, (usually) open to feedback and totally committed to the mission. Clear about strategy and tactics. Transparent about wins and losses. Constructive about setbacks. Communicative with lots of access and openness. A lot of emphasis on mentorship.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I am doing purposeful work with collaborative colleagues. I'm also happiest when I'm learning a lot about the marketplace - and being mentored by my colleagues. I'm also happiest when I see the reviews of our product - when families tell us they love what we are doing.

The company definitely has an all for one, one for all mentality. We are young at heart. We love sports. We love parents and kids. We love learning. These values infuse the culture and environment. I like the intensity of the work - the ambition of the company - and the desire to change the world.

I like that they care about who I am, not just what I can do. I like that they asked me questions about my values, my childhood experience with sports, and my interests outside of work. I like that they want very capable workers who share a common set of values and a love of sports.
