What makes you most happy at work?
The very visible and positive impact we make on everyone who interacts with our product and brand.
I am happiest at work when I am doing purposeful work with collaborative colleagues. I'm also happiest when I'm learning a lot about the marketplace - and being mentored by my colleagues. I'm also happiest when I see the reviews of our product - when families tell us they love what we are doing.
I like having a job so I can pay my bills
