What did you like most about the interview process?
The personal interest and investment that the two founders showed in the process.
I like that they care about who I am, not just what I can do. I like that they asked me questions about my values, my childhood experience with sports, and my interests outside of work. I like that they want very capable workers who share a common set of values and a love of sports.
I like that I got the job they were very nice
