Visionaries who are willing to empower people in support of the mission.
Deeply experienced, very smart, highly driven, (usually) open to feedback and totally committed to the mission. Clear about strategy and tactics. Transparent about wins and losses. Constructive about setbacks. Communicative with lots of access and openness. A lot of emphasis on mentorship.
