Our entire team is very tight knit, and we all want to see each other succeed. I know they have my back and I have theirs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the open door policy with our entire leadership team, I can walk into anyone's office at anytime or slack them and they are happy to see me and to hear feedback whether it's positive or negative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I first starter at MomentFeed I was definitely paid under market value and skillset; through hard work I quickly moved through the ranks and now have a very competitive salary that is above the going rate. Really grateful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am able to come into work and decide what I do with my time. I am able to pick what I want to do, when I want to do it. Having this leniency has made me and my clients successful!
