What makes you most happy at work?
The workload. After working with a company with constant stress and pressure. MomentFeed is surely a breath of fresh air.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On the department level, I think my teammates are really good with their job. On the local level, I think there are room for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, it has this chill culture like other software companies. There is time to be serious and time to chill. Its not toxic yet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like to think that they are open. Open in a sense that you can most likely talk to them. And probably because the company is still small.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is purely a personal opinion since I took a pay cut joining the company. So I'm just being honest about it. But I think for the most, the compensation seems fair.
