My 1st year was nice, but now I'm starting to feel dissatisfied in some areas. We feel like working on BPO company kind of environment w/c I don't like. I hope we can also see the SC of TL's & we can also evaluate them & the Manager. I found it unfair being ask to work on task that's not ours.

Free lunch every Thursday, that's the day that we can save money a little and the day we can hang out us a team.
