Great pay, health vision dental, 401K... what's not to love?
Knowing that during the pandemic, I had full benefits that covered all test. Never had an issue with dental/vision/doctor visits.
We have full medical benefits which include dental ad vision.

Base salary and real numbers when hired
Better compensation plans. 401ks they don't match what employees put in. Be treated like human beings and not robots

We are undervalued because management is not interested in career employees they are in to turn and burn. They have in contract that when you are fired you loose all your compensation they keep it for profit.
