My experience was love-hate. I believe in the company, mission, focus on a positive customer experience, and product. Coming from a background in instructional design, the training missed a few key elements, but it was a positive experience, overall. The experience after training was a nightmare!
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was collegial & conversational. However, he quit before my training was completed. He supposedly vetted me fiot the next phase of training; however, he passed me along to the next phase without being properly prepared, so I was essentially berated after-the-fact for not being prepared
