Nothing is positive as they change pay plans on a monthly basis.
My interviewer was collegial & conversational. However, he quit before my training was completed. He supposedly vetted me fiot the next phase of training; however, he passed me along to the next phase without being properly prepared, so I was essentially berated after-the-fact for not being prepared
