Momentum provides an extra day off for your birthday, an extra day for volunteering, and an extra day as a floating holiday.

That role is outsourced to a third party vendor.

The consultancy is outgrowing the current capacity of the office which sometimes results in cramped quarters. Momentum is looking for a larger office to relocate.

It is a very flat organization and there is little room for promotions. They incentivize using bonuses.

You get 15 days of paid time off which can be used for sick days and vacation. 25 days after eight years. In addition to the paid time off, you get one floating holiday and one day for your birthday.
