What do you like best about the leadership team?
They empower, and not micromanage. They inspire through vision and leading by example.
The honesty and integrity is on high and the ability to help people grow in their positions
The management team is hands on. They care about the people more than the company per say. There is a real family feeling, where you can build long-term relationships with people. People do not resent you for following your own career aspirations either and always encourage personal growth.
The ability to mentor,empower and grow stuff.
They care for everyone on their respective teams

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid market-related, fair salaries and are encouraged to have pension. We get subsidies for e.g. fibre where used for work.

Commission for production and income growth
