Out of 10 Moneris employee reviews, 55% were positive. The remaining 45% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Moneris improve their work culture.
High level leadership seems to have the vision, and overall well being of all employees in mind. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect between upper management and managers.

Moneris preaches personal development and self help. At least at the executive level. it is not conveyed, and/or practiced at the levels that matter. Tenure supersedes ability and personal skills to work with others.
Helping each other. Being kind and considerate and supporting each other in helping achieve the goals set forth by the ELT. It's a shame that managers don't seem to see the team that supports, and helps each other. Actually, here, a manager adds more issues to a team that is cohesive and bonds.

Managers that don't support qualified employees. Managers that are narrow minded, and only see numbers and not the people that help provide those numbers.
The disconnect at the middle level is improved. Just because you have tenure, doesn't mean you can manage and look after people. Having said that, having middle managers know more about managing people. Not the job, but helping to develop people to succeed.
