- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?That we support and help each other
- What are some of the best things about your team?Helping each other. Being kind and considerate and supporting each other in helping achieve the goals set forth by the ELT. It's a shame that managers don't seem to see the team that supports, and helps each other. Actually, here, a manager adds more issues to a team that is cohesive and bonds.

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?The disconnect at the middle level is improved. Just because you have tenure, doesn't mean you can manage and look after people. Having said that, having middle managers know more about managing people. Not the job, but helping to develop people to succeed.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Managers that don't support qualified employees. Managers that are narrow minded, and only see numbers and not the people that help provide those numbers.
