What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is higher than other positions in the field.
I feel valued as an employee. The stress is worth the paycheck. And because I see the constant million dollar growth, I know why people have been here 15+ years.

The annual bonus which is paid out quarterly. I like that we have quarterly reviews so there are never any surprises and we do not have to wait until the end of the year to have our bonuses paid out.
