What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they say, "Birds of a feather, flock together" these are the birds you want to fly with! The small business culture coupled with the multi-million dollar benefits are unreal. I've finally found a place I could see myself in long enough to retire from. Such a hidden gem!
Ability to be understanding of all office issues

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is higher than other positions in the field.
I feel valued as an employee. The stress is worth the paycheck. And because I see the constant million dollar growth, I know why people have been here 15+ years.

I don't think the company has quite figured out the right balance after Covid/return to work. I think because the company has penny-pinched for so long they don't know how to properly pay existing employees to industry standard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly people, tight knit community feel.
I love the passion the employees have. And the fact that we recognize we're all human. Yes, someone in finance is mad about the budget, but they're "work" mad. They understand that we're a team and at the end of the day, we love each other. While it is serious work we do, we respect eachother.
