My team is supportive and understanding. We are all willing to help one another and put a focus on work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and open to suggestions and constructive criticism from employees. We have a fully open floor plan which fosters collaboration between all levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus which is paid out quarterly. I like that we have quarterly reviews so there are never any surprises and we do not have to wait until the end of the year to have our bonuses paid out.
