Working collaboratively. Solving complex client problems and creating "wins" for clients and Monex.

Pay for performance potential - although it is arbitrary can can be changed anytime so it isn't secure

Productive engagement with mostly external parties I interact with and helping them to be successful makes me happy

The Friday perk lunches are nice. The open floor plan in DC creates a sense of collaboration and equality
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is comprised mostly of "Yes" men who just go along to get along. Also no diversity with all white men. JP wants only order takers and no one to challenge him. Some members of the leadership team oversee functions they are not qualified to lead; COO w/Sales Ops & Marketing
