They take their jobs seriously but not too seriously. They are capable, passionate, and enjoyable.

Everyone is invested in the success of the company and wants to personally contribute to it.

We look out for each other and lend a helping hand when needed. I never feel like I'm out on an island on my own.

Working on projects that are meaningful and will push the company forward. Working with people who are passionate and dedicated but also fun and easy going.

They think strategically but they also understand the nitty gritty. They've been in the trenches before so it's easy for them to relate to the work that everyone is doing.

While they want to see the business succeed they seem to genuinely care about the staff and understand the importance of a work life balance and enjoying your time at the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the quarterly bonus components that are tied to the company's success. It's motivating and makes me feel like I can influence my financial success through pushing the company forward.
