I feel like there is tremendous opportunity for growth and I have been given the opportunity to learn a lot in my tenure.

For the most part everyone is kind. there are some colleagues who opt to treat certain departments like customer service representatives/strangers. They choose to yell at certain individuals and/or avoid professionalism.
