Making money. Reasonable expectations of activity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good sales performance commissions, makes me incentivized to pick up phone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive sales environment. Better, more useful, and higher quantity of feedback than anywhere else I've been. great training. Decently good culture of success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Chicago team is solid. No psychos in the team at the moment. Supportive of me. Able to be in the office with each other and be normal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly responsive. My manager Patrick McGlaughin is available for me daily and provides legitimate help. Brad Silver responds to my texts immediately and pushes for my deals, along with the best sales training I've had. JP got involved in my deal to make it happen. All of this is uncommon.
