Mr. Lawrence Angelilli, also known as Larry, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at MoneyGram International, Inc. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Angelilli served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance of MoneyGram International, Inc. from 2014 to December 31, 2015 and as its and Treasurer from August 2011 to December 31, 2015. Mr. Angelilli served as Senior Vice President of MoneyGram International, Inc. from August 2011 to 2014. He served as Director of Underwriting for Hudson Advisors, LLC from February 2010 to August 2010. He served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Centex Corporation until 2009. He was responsible for corporate-wide banking and financing activities, including all short-term and long-term funding, structured finance, project finance, European and Latin American financing and capital and currency hedging strategies at Centex. Mr. Angelilli has more than 18 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, treasury operations, mergers and acquisitions and financial planning and forecasting. He served as Treasury of Centex Corporation. Prior to joining Centex, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of NationsCredit Corporation, a subsidiary of NationsBank Corporation, in Irving, Texas, where he was responsible for all corporate finance, securitization, banking and cash management functions. Mr. Angelilli began his career as a Financial Analyst, first at City National Bank of Detroit, Mich. and at American Natural Resources Corporation. From 1981 to 1985, he served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Banking at the National Bank of Detroit. In 1985, he joined Chrysler Financial Corporation and served as Associate Director of Financial Sales and also served as an Assistant Treasurer of Chrysler First Inc., which was acquired by NationsBank Corporation in 1993. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of NationsCredit Corporation since 1994. Mr. Angelilli received a B.A in Economics from Wayne State University in Detroit and an M.B.A from the University of Detroit.
