Reviewing the leadership style of those in management where turnovers are extremely high. And getting to the core of the problem

PTO is very generous, benefits are reasonably priced

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In recent years, MoneyGram has brought in several highly compensated ELT members, that didn’t perform and lasted less than a year, while not compensating proven and dedicated employees at fair market valu
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are incredibly talented, dedicated, and wonderful to work with, but lack consideration and support from leadership.
Everyone tries their best and are very helpful . They sincerely want to work hard
interactive over remote platforms; all around the world
