Michael Lawrence Gordon — Chief Financial Officer at MongoDB, Inc.

Mr. Michael Lawrence Gordon has been the Chief Financial Officer at MongoDB since July 6, 2015. Mr. Gordon is responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of financial operations at MongoDB. He is a veteran finance executive with more than 20 years of financial management and business experience at companies, including Yodle and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gordon served as the Chief Financial Officer at Yodle Inc. from May 2009 to June 2015 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from March 2014 to June 2015 and served as its Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Gordon oversaw finance, accounting, human resources, corporate development and legal affairs at Yodle Inc. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Gordon served as Managing Director in the Media and Telecom investment banking group. Mr. Gordon has raised over $20 billion in capital for clients, including many initial public offerings and advised clients on over $50 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions. During his almost 13 years at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Gordon developed relationships with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups and leading private equity firms. Previously, he worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. He serves as a Director of Share Our Strength, Inc. He also serves as a Board Member for Tracx, a social media management platform for enterprises and brands. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
