Making better decisions and having a holistic view. The India site lead seems to care just about the TSE team who get paid well with equity and have offsites too but there is no parity for other teams in India.
Understanding devrel and community. Word.
The company cannot continue to innovate with the culture created by a ridged top-down approach.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous comp and equity package
Good stock package, Health benefits good
It is fair and transparent. I know what I earn, I also know no matter where we are in the world, we are all paid fairly to maintain an equal life. Also, compensation includes benefits around physical and mental health because both are important for MongoDB.

They pay you peanuts and the increment is Generally between 1 to 6%
MongoDB is stingy with their stock options/grants.

Recruiters were very transparent up front about salary, what the interview process entails, and how quickly it would go
Multiple stages and opportunities to ask questions
Meeting so many of the smart, talented engineers already on the team, who were honest and forthcoming.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The hiring team take too long to decide on whom to hire and often ghost people. They do not provide recruitment team with a feedback for candidates.
What makes you most happy at work?
A positive and supportive Manager, a friendly and smart team
