It is directly tied to performance
It keeps beating cost of living by a wide margin
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay REAL, living wages. For a job that everyone else would pay at least 35k+ fro, they pay 25k AND want a bachelors degree. Really?
What are some of the best things about your team?
collaborative team effort and direction
They have my back and they care about customers.
