Hire managers who are progressive, appreciate and value people and not oppressive, micromanaging, rude "dinosaurs" who devalue Montefiore's image

Toxic is right. Rampant bullying and harassment.
It's toxic in our neck of the woods.
It is fast paced, but colleagues support each other. Team-focused with solid mid management.
How does Montefiore Medical Center handle HR issues?
Terrible. I have left a phone message and emailed the director of HR benefits with no response. I have emailed the HR benefits department several times with the response, I will forward this information to the director of HR benefits and still she has not emailed or phoned. It is just a terrible way to be treated.

Some of the highest levels are humble and courteous. Some of the lowest level managers are snobbish and uppity.
Excellent coworkers who really care about the patients.
