Quality patient care needs to be a priority, be honest with staff, & incorporate input from staff in the clinics in decision making. Leadership is out of touch with the day-to-day activity & flows at the clinic. School hell leadership worked from home during the pandemic while others were could not.

Leadership at school hell did not care for staff or staff needs. Leadership at school hell regularly spends money on perks and parties at their main office while the clinics have to go to great lengths to justify basic necessities to operate a clinic safely.
Other hospital networks pay a lot more
Opportunity to go out of network with insurance. Very inconvenient for me to see Doctor on day off when I live 1 1/2 away.

Montefiore hired me through a temp agency with the understanding that at approx. 6 months I would be brought on full time. It has now been 1 1/2 years and I am still waiting to be hired full time. Meanwhile, I have no benefits and no vacation time and they do not seem to care one bit.

Leadership at school health needs to be completely replaced. The staff turnover is higher than ever & they continue to make demands & stretch thin the remaining workers all while leadership has grown exponentially over the years. The program is top heavy full of admin who sit in useless meetings.
Management treats 1199ers like children. We are spoke down or yelled at by Management. They scream at us like children . There is NO communication at all unless it is negative. Management show disciplinary actions in front of all employees.
Rationale behind decisions should be announced/ published instead of gut-based decisions that cannot be backed by proof.
