In 2011, I was hired in Moog Baguio and during my orientation training, the 12 Core Values of the Moog was introduced. Since then, I made it one of my goal to memorize the Moog 12 Core Values when I reached my 12th year in the company. This year 2023 is my 12th year and I did.
