Leaders are given a wide latitude of opportunities to grow as a leader from within and without.
Communication is important to them.

Actuall communication with all members of the departments. Not focusing on small inner circles.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Truly understand and live the company values that they constantly preach......quit being hypocrites about the culture and philosophy
Leadership needs to build relationships with and take care of their people first. Then the people will take care of the business. Now how it is right now.

I was able to quickly developed a rapor with my interviewer
