Very transparent and very accessible
Casual and approachable relationship between managers and subirdinates

Leaders are given a wide latitude of opportunities to grow as a leader from within and without.
Communication is important to them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actuall communication with all members of the departments. Not focusing on small inner circles.

Free gas allowance. Company provides laptops and smart phones. Pay is higher compared to others.
Low deductible for higher cost premiums.

More compensation for wearing this many hats

The bast majority are pretty intelligent

Everyone is willing to help one another
The equity and fairness of how my manager treats me
Diverse and striving for ever more diversity.
Generally open and supportive. Shows integrity, honesty and genuine desire to make a difference.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Truly understand and live the company values that they constantly preach......quit being hypocrites about the culture and philosophy
Leadership needs to build relationships with and take care of their people first. Then the people will take care of the business. Now how it is right now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Again, everyon was very personable

Very informative and what is to be expective of your job duties
I was able to quickly developed a rapor with my interviewer
Feedback given after the interview for self reflection and growth
The people I would be working with were in the interview, interesting questions were asked, and we laughed together.
