What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to be very focused on moving in the same direction. A couple seem to be a bit over their ski's in terms of skill.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is a little below market, but the culture makes up the difference. It's a great place to work and that has a lot of value in terms of keeping me happy. Really good people.
