Everyone smiles. They are good people and share the same values as me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are done by Accenture, their parent company, so you're negotiating not with your boss but with the recruiter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are eager to learn and put 100% into their work. They are always looking to improve and are very 'we' focused.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to be very focused on moving in the same direction. A couple seem to be a bit over their ski's in terms of skill.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is a little below market, but the culture makes up the difference. It's a great place to work and that has a lot of value in terms of keeping me happy. Really good people.
