Collaboration is highly encouraged and it allows everybody to be on the same page
No one holds back, always speaking there minds
I work at the customer interface level and we maintain a good working relationship with our internal and external customers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has a family feel despite it being a large company

What did you like most about the interview process?
Decision making on candidates comes quickly. Whether an approval or rejection, you know fast which is respectful of the candidate.
Manager got straight to the point of what was needed in my capacity to do the job & help the Branch succeed.
Clear questions and explanations. Good listening skills demonstrated by the interviewers
Pretty straight forward questions and not a lot of scenario based questions
