The most positive aspect of our culture is knowing everyone is hyper-focused on ensuring we are all successful within the company. I feel like we are actually sailing the wide open seas together, navigating to new lands and beyond!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being treated like an adult without micro-management. Knowing my superiors trust me to complete my work and understand we all have good and bad days. Days where I might not be as productive as usual, management isn't pressuring me work harder; because of this, I tend to over-produce on better days.
