I have never been so challenged and excited every day at work. What we do really matters and is SO needed in today's workplace. Love what I do. Love who I work with. Legitimately proud to work here. Sounds cheesy. Don't care. I am. I'm insanely proud to work at Motivosity.

Most fun, meaningful, challenging experience in my career to date. I have never not been excited to go into work. I love my team, I have a great boss, what we do matters, and the impact we make is huge. Only place I've worked in 15 years that's like this.

Open collaboration, hunger, and humility. Everyone brings potential solutions whenever they're brainstorming.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Motivosity pays 100% of our healthcare premiums. I have a wife and 5 kids. That's...an enormous blessing.

Mandatory down days once a quarter to unplug and be by yourself. Mandatory time off is a big deal.

The people here are second to none. The product is great. The people? Also great. People make all the difference.

The people I work with. Our products and services are fantastic. But people make a company. We have amazing people.

We're building something special that actually matters. Not just "solves a problem for a company" matters (which it does), but helps PEOPLE.

The people. There are always tech solutions and are always features. And ours are amazing. But the proole here make all the difference.

They're approachable and available. They don't sit up in a castle and bark orders down. They are winners and they WANT to help everyone else win.

They're approachable. I have never felt like I could not go to any level of our C suite team and ask a question and get a thought out meaningful and impactful answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our core values is "Stay Young". People live that. They keep the energy high. I have NEVER had a Sunday night where I wasn't excited to come into work on Monday.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, the people. It is a special vision we have and it takes certain types of people to make it happen. Great People combined with a great vision make for a special work place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. I have never felt a "class system" here like have at other tech companies. They want us to win and actively ask for feedback. That is rare. It shouldn't be, but it is. And I feel blessed to have that here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a wife and 5 children. Motivosity covers 100% of my healthcare premium AND contributes to my HSA. It blows my mind that a company would do something like that. And it means the world, because a couple of my kids have had some real fun health situations since I've worked here.
