The best choice of my life was to come here working for Motivosity. I'm happy to work on making people happier being at work. I had a chance to work on many profitable projects so far, but this is the noblest one of all.

That we try to solve things the simplest way and we are as agile as we could be.

We have many open and friendly folks, who are caring with each other as a person, not as an "asset" or "resource".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a chance to travel somewhere together every year so far. That's a good opportunity to get away from work a little bit and recharge, but still, spend some time with your colleagues. Also many times, family members could be involved in these activities, which is rare in the industry.
