It has been great since day one. I have really enjoyed my time with the people here and I really believe in the mission of the company.

From day one I have been very happy working for Motivosity. I thought the newness would wear off and I would become a typical corporate work horse, but it hasn't been like that at all for me. It's a joyous place to be everyday. They are also very flexible with my family and homelife situations.

I have loved my experience overall. I left a position I had at another company to join Motivosity when a position opened up because I had heard such great things about the company. I haven't been disappointed.

Everyone respects each other and trusts each other to get work done.

They are fun, dependable, and professional and don't need a lot of micromanaging.

We all "get" each other. Our personalities are a good mix, but completely compatible.

Everyone genuinely puts out a good vibe. I never hear people talk badly about others,and everyone is supportive of one another.

Fun Lunch Friday. Everyone is qualified and highly skilled in their job positions. We all love interacting with each other. We laugh a lot.

My coworkers and my job position. I love what I do. I also love the product. It's a great product and everyone should use it at work.

Everyone is supportive of each other. There's no drama. We are all very happy and get along great. The executives are on our level and treat us as equals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance is the best I've had at any company I've worked for...very little out of pocket on my end which means I get to keep more of the money I earned for other things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our sense of community. Even though we work on different teams there is still a sense of cohesion amongst us all. That's mostly due to the fact we use our own employee experience platform, Motivosity.
