It has definitely had its ups and downs, but where we are now feels like a great place to be and I am excited about the future.

For the most part they are approachable

Healthcare comp is top of the line.

Lots of communication and collaborating going on.

Everyone is approachable and easy to talk to and learn from.

Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help with any questions or road blocks.

The product is so easy to sell. Being with co-workers and building those relationships.

Feels like everyone is there with the same goal, and everyone works hard to get there.

The people I work around, and truly selling a product that people are excited to use.

interacting with customers and being able to spend time on demos showing a platform I believe in.

I feel like just about everyone on the leadership team is approachable and willing to talk to anyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership believes in me. There isn't a super cutthroat feeling here that allows people to feel comfortable to do their best work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just wish base pay was a little higher as we have stuggled as a team to get deals in, its made money a little tighter relying on commissions to come in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we work on 2 different sides of the building, but people are always walking to each side to check in with the other teams. Truly feels like everyone is invested in everyone:)
