The leadership team at Motivosity cares just as much about your personal development and success as the success of the overall company. The true sense of community and energy on a daily basis is unlike anything I've seen in my professional career
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement of work/life balance without feeling guilty when taking a day to do something you truly enjoy. There is zero judgement or anxiety when taking a day off with the untracked PTO. Every other job I've had has accompanied more stress than enjoyment from taking a day off of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The rapport and camaraderie is unmatched. Everyone on this team has started to feel like family more rapidly than I've ever experienced. I have the option to work from home whenever I want, but I am always eager to come to the office because of the great times and interactions I have on the daily.
